Search for homes and other real estate for sale:

Search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for real estate and homes for sale and get the complete details on just about any local property listed with any real estate company.
Information includes the address, lot & room sizes, taxes, heat type, features, photos and much more!
Just follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Click on "Search Local MLS" (link number 1 at the left).
2. Enter an Multiple Listing Service (MLS) number or your own search criteria.
3. After listing matches are displayed, click on "More Detail" to get all the information!

A couple of added benefits provided that are not found on many other websites:   You can search homes for sale by address number and/or street name!

Now when you see a "FOR SALE" sign and want all the details, just search by the address number or street name!

You can also search for recently listed properties by how many days they have been on the market.

The MLS is a shared, real-time database of property listings of members of the Greater Binghamton Association of Realtors.

HUD Home Notice:

The latest weekly listing of HUD Homes (July 17) for Broome and Tioga counties indicates no new listings for sale to the general public.

There was one listing from July 3 (with a bid deadline of July 12) that now has an accepted offer. We represented the winning bidder as their buyer's agent in the purchase of this property. It is a 3 bedroom Cape Cod style house on 2 acres located at 1337 Glenwood Road in Vestal.

It was listed for $24,000.
